Red Bull racing star Max Verstappen won the high octane race in Spielberg after a sloppy start that put him onto 9th position. The 21 year Dutch driver gained places lap by lap which landed a sixth career Formula victory for himself.
Lando Norris was among other notable drivers on the day as early battles for the podium were a spectacular scene for the fans. Lewis Hamilton finished fifth after losing out his position to Ferrari rival Sebastian Vettel in late stages of the race.
